I-High-Throughput Identification and Classification Algorithm ye-Leukemia Population Statistics

Abstract:
Ukutholwa kusenesikhathi kwe-leukemia kanye nengozi encishisiwe empilweni yomuntu kungavela ekuhlanganisweni kwezinhlaka ezahlukene kokuhlaziywa kwesithombe nemiphumela yokuhlolwa komtholampilo.. Ukuhlaziywa kwesithombe kuncike kuma-algorithms okucubungula asebenzayo futhi anokwethenjelwa ukwenza izahlulelo zobuningi kudatha yesithombe. Lesi sihloko sethula ukuklanywa nokuqaliswa kwesibalo samaseli e-leukemia ephumelelayo nephezulu kanye ne-algorithm yokuhlukaniswa kweqoqo ukuze kulinganise ngokuzenzakalelayo izibalo zesibalo se-leukemia emkhakheni wokubuka.. I-algorithm ihlukaniswe izigaba ezimbili: (1) isigaba sokuhlonza amaseli kanye (2) isigaba sokuhlukaniswa kwamaseli kanye nesigaba sokuhlola. Isiteji sokuhlonza iseli sihlukanisa ngokunembile ingemuva nomsindo ovela kumaphikseli angaphambili. Ibhokisi lomngcele liyakhiqizwa elivala amaphikseli angaphambili akhomba wonke amaseli ahlukene namaqoqo amaseli. Isigaba samaseli kanye nesigaba sokuhlola sisebenzisa amaphrofayili wobukhulu obubodwa asebenza njengesaginesha ukuze ahlukanise amaseli ahlukanisiwe kumaqoqo amaseli futhi ahlole ukubala okuphelele ngaphakathi kweqoqo ngalinye.. Ukusebenza kwe-algorithm ehlongozwayo uma kuqhathaniswa nama-algorithms asanda kushicilelwa kanye nethuluzi lokuhlaziya izithombe zentengiso kuqinisekisa futhi ukuqina kwayo..
